Cloudberry Rum Old Fashioned

Instructions

Add 1 cl cloudberry syrup (cloudberry purée + simple syrup) and 1 dash Angostura Bitters to a lowball glass.

Add 1 teaspoon water and stir to mix.

Fill the glass with a large ice cube.

Pour 4 cl Louve Rum over the ice and stir for 15-20 seconds to achieve a smooth balance.

Garnish with some cloudberry.
