Our rum is crafted through copper pot and column distillation, using organic Cuban sugarcane and spring water from the stream that flows through the distillery.
Unfiltered and unaged, each small batch is produced during the lunar phase and left to bask under the full moon overnight.
Louve Rum offers a balanced, smooth profile with a depth of aromatic notes—ideal for sipping or mixing in cocktails. No added sugar or additives are used in this rum.
